Swedish & Deep Tissue Oil Techniques used to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. Deep tissue muscle bodywork is ideal if you desire or require more pressure on particular muscles or muscle groups. Pressure applied will always be adjusted to your comfort and health.
Tui Na An invigorating massage including a series of brushing, grasping, and gently patting the muscles, along with stretches to balance the body’s energy. This massage is designed for fully clothed clients. (Available for 15 or 30 minutes only)
Prenatal Massage techniques specifically designed for pregnant women. Please see “For Expectant Moms” page for more information. Discount prenatal package prices are available.
Chair A fully clothed massage in a chair designed for your comfort. Inquire about on-site services. (Available for 15 or 30 minutes only)

I offer an intuitive, integrated massage incorporating all of my techniques into one session. Because each person is different, I customize your massage to fit your individual health needs.
