I started my massage practice over nine years ago. I’ve discovered bodywork is my niche and that by using my intuitive touch, I can directly influence your body’s health. I feel honored when a client puts their trust and faith in my hands to help heal and recover them both emotionally and physically.

I offer integrated massage therapy in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Tui Na and Prenatal modalities. I continue to expand my services and knowledge and strive to help you find holistic ways to stay healthy. When I am not busy helping people feel better, I love to spend time with my husband and our children. I enjoy the beach, hiking, bicycling, yoga, Pilates and eating dark chocolate!
